RUN WITH US

A range of running programmes, weekly group runs and personal run coaching for all levels.
Intermediate Sessions

Tuesdays at 6:30pm 

Social Runs, Fartlek Sessions, Hill Training and Intervals

Best for : Runners who can currently run 5km non-stop and who want to work on improving their running techniques and form, efficiency, speeds and race times.
Improvers Sessions

Thursdays at 6:00pm

Smaller group sessions with a different focus each week.

Best for : Runners who have just completed Couch to 5km or Beginners Running Group , who want to increase their continuous running time/distances.
Long Easy Runs

Sundays at 10:00am

Different distances and routes each week (between 10km and 30km)

Best for : Runners who can run continuously for 1 hour at 12 Minute/Mile pace and those who are training for half, full or ultra marathons.

Run Bath Angela MacAusland

Based in the heritage city of Bath our running group is suitable for all abilities with the emphasis on having fun while running.


We have runners who are just starting out their running journey right up to ultra-marathoners.  We may not all run at the same speed or cover the longer distances, but that doesn’t matter, our common connection is running. 


We offer a variety of group runs, running programmes and one to one coaching sessions - weekdays, evenings and weekends.  


Many of our runners are training for specific events such as 5k, 10k, half and full marathons, but we also have runners who compete in triathlons, canicross and ultra-marathons.  


Angela MacAusland started Run Bath in 2013 soon after gaining the UK Athletics LiRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) qualification and began offering small social, group runs on Sunday mornings – mostly for people training for the Bath Half Marathon.


In 2019 Run Bath became a membership led running group, and in the same year Angela gained her UK Athletics CiRF (Coach in Running Fitness) qualification and began offering running coaching for individuals. 


Angela has completed hundreds of races including 4 marathons and over 30 half marathons (Bath Half 10 times and counting).


Angela is the Sweaty Betty Bath Run Ambassador and Bath Rugby Foundation Bath Half Marathon Ambassador and also Mental Health Champion for Run Bath. She also regulalrly contributes to articles and blogs for Bath Half Marathon.


Angela says 'whatever your level of experience, its my aim to make everyone feel included and enjoy running. I started off running the 0 to 5k programme 14 years ago and now use my experience to help other runners work towards their own running and fitness goals'.


Our group running sessions are perfect for building your confidence in running longer distances, and our One to One Coaching sessions are designed to help runners who want to run:-
